I ran through the streets of our small town Cooper on my heels my jacket and hair flying out behind me. My bag hitting my side. Cooper caught me by my arm "Ah ha that is mine." he said pulling his homework from my bag. "Well that is mine." i said pulling my tools from his hands.

I started to run towards my house i turned my head to tell Cooper i would meet him at the baseball field at 5:00 still runnin full speed i ran into one of my best friends "Ouch!" i said as my head smacked the concrete. "Lea are you okay?" Luke said sitting on the ground next to me. I grabbed my head feeling like it was about to split open i fought back tears. As i stood up and walked home.

"Darn it!" i screamed at the top of my lungs noticing a small trikle of blood from my nose i grabbed my old t-shirt for art out of my bag using it as a tissue. I got home and climbed into my tree house and did the remaining Social Studies i had. I finished and finally dozed off i awoke to Coop and Luke's voices calling my name i stood up and grabbed my cap and glove i quickly slid down the fire pole in the corner. I ran to the shed swiftly got on my dirt bike kicked it and the engine roared to life. i took off

We arrived at the baseball field but our plans had an immediate change as soon as we started playing the biggest bully in our school showed up. "Get off the field twerps, it's mine today." "OH HECK NO!", i said with an icey edge to it i balled my hands into fists at my sides "What did you say to me." he said raising his hand to hit me Cooper got defensive and got hit in the face and knocked to the ground trying to defend me. "THATS IT!!!!!" I screamed. Rage and adrenaline rushing through my veins. Then the bats laying in the dugout rised and floated to me they started to circle me fast until i made them shoot towards the bully and his gang but with an electryfying touch the metal bats were full of electric charge as they hit the bully and gang. "shocking isn't " luke said sracastically when he saw the electric charge flow through them. I turned and looked at him then looked at my hands and then i saw it a purple lightning bolt shaped mark on my left wrist. Then darkness.

My stomach did flips when i woke up i smelled the antibacterial cleaner of the hospital whoever brought me here was in a heap of trouble. I hate hospitals and Cooper knows it I think this was his idea. I heard Cooper talking to Luke they were both in trouble. I sat up and looked atthem through hazey blue eyes. "Enjoying your stay" Cooper said in a snippy tone. I gave him a deadly glare that scare any normal boy, but Cooper knew who he was dealing with since he was like my brother he knew everything about me. He just stuck his tongue out at me I rolled my eyes at him and saw the IV stuck in my arm I grabbed the wire Luke looked at me "Don't do that you idiot!" he said grabbing my wrist I used my free hand and slapped the back of his head with a loud THWACK!! "OW!!! What was that for!" "Psssht! Who's the idiot now" Cooper said choking back a laugh.
