I kept running. No way was that furry freak going to catch me. Suddenly the heavenly aroma of mountain lion blood wafted through the forest. I followed the scent and found a pack of angry werewolves, half in human form, half in wolf form.
"Get her boys!" one human yelled. Now was not a good time to be a vampire in La Push.

Holy crap, I thought, they're gonna kill me! I ran in the other direction in hopes of finding Uncle Edward or Dad. All I found was Sam Uley Junior, in his wolf form, running full speed ahead at me.
"EEEK!" I heard someone squeal.
I whipped around, but no one was there but those wolves. That was probably me, I told myself, and dashed off to my home in Greenville, Kentucky. If they follow me, Dad'll rip me to bits, I told mysel;f, but continued my journey home.

"What the crap?" Lea asked.
"Big..Scary...Wolves...Sam..running...need...hydration..." I relpied.

She strided over carrying a pitcher of blood with a small wolf following her.
"Ugh. You let Seth in again?" I whined.
Lea put a finger to her lips. "Shush! I don't want Dad to find him!"
"Whatever..."
